We need 1 hour for a haircut, 2 hours for a permanent wave, and 3 hours for a permanent wave and coloring.
We accept online reservations by 19:00 two days before. (excluding holidays )
We accept e-mail reservations 24 hours a day. In case of holidays, our reply will be delayed.
We will confirm your appointment around 11:00A.M. and around 8:00P.M.
If you did not receive a confirmation by e-mail, please let us know by telephone.
Cancellations made after 6:00p.m on the day before the reserved day will be charged 50% on the reserved menu price. 100% of the price will be charged for no- shows.
This does not apply in the event of disasters, inclement weather, or other unavoidable circumstances.
